With the recent school shutdown last spring, teachers, and school staff members had no other choice but to suddenly transition their entire student body from traditional in-person classrooms to virtual and remote learning.
It is no secret that teachers were already facing challenges within the school system, such as undervalued wages, benefits, and school safety, so having to tackle remote learning amidst a global pandemic is quite daunting for any working professional. With Fall approaching, educators have to get creative and resourceful with planning to continue online education or re-open their schools for in-person learning.
