A Summer Colorado Mountain Wedding
This outdoor/indoor reception took place at one of the most sought-after mountain wedding venues, Mount Vernon Canyon Club in Golden, Colorado overlooking Denver's stunning cityscape. These high school sweethearts selected classic bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for their accompanied wedding party. Floating flowers were highlighted as the wedding centerpieces, and tiered cake flowers were featured for the wedding dessert.
In detail, simple white delphiniums were interlaced with lemon leaf, and Italian Ruscus graced the guest tables interspersing with floating flowers topped with glowing candles in cylinder vases encompassed by mirrored trays. Last but not least, the bridal bouquet was a classic mini crescent designed to befit a modest styled bridal gown. The overarching wedding theme consisted of periwinkle pink and forest sage, befitting a modern mountain wedding!

Wedding Dress + Accessories
The bride dawned a sheath-styled wedding dress with a jewel neckline. Her bridal hairstyle highlighted goddess waves loosely pulled up into a neat bedazzled pin showcasing a traditional cathedral veil in natural-toned makeup. The bridesmaids fashioned complimentary periwinkle pink cocktail dresses. The groom and his groomsmen stepped out in tanned suits featuring a double-wide notch lapel showcasing a sage green tie. When white veronica flowers served as the staple for the bridal bouquet, scabiosa pods were featured for the boutonnieres. Because the wedding party fashion consisted of clean lines and simplicity of color tones and fabrics, it was vital for our flower team to design a floralscape combining rich textures with blousy freeform shapes.
The Proposal + Engagement Ring
Our wedding couple began their trip down the aisle with a proposal with friends and family on a camping trip. The engagement ring consisted of a t-shaped platinum band lined with mini-cut shimmering diamonds with a central square mixed diamond! Opposites attract with a solid tungsten band for the groom.
Wedding Venue + Menu
The couple opted for delectable chocolate, and vanilla swirled cake layered with fondant and satin pink roses blooming as the cake topper! Although the private and religious ceremony began in the regal chapel of Denver Temple Church, centrally located in the community of Lone Tree, Colorado, the evening reception took place at a Colorado mountain venue, Mount Vernon Canyon Club, in the foothills of Golden. This venue is a modern exposé of nature with an exquisite view of Denver's cityscape; a perfect forest backdrop for a mountain top wedding! - OXO
