Fees - Local Same Day Flower Delivery
For local/ same day deliveries within the Denver Metro Area (25 Mile Radius from Denver, CO 80206), a standard local delivery fee of $20, required upon product purchase. For date and time sensitive flower deliveries within the Denver Metro Area, an additional $30 delivery fee will be charged, totaling to a $50 delivery fee billed before scheduling any time sensitive or time-framed flower deliveries. For rush order flower deliveries within the Denver Metro Area, the date and time sensitive fee of $50 plus an additional twenty-five percent 25% of the total cost of the flower order will be required before processing any rush order flower deliveries. Florboxoxo prioritizes our client experience with timely flower deliveries and organized operation routes for optimal travel safety for our delivery personnel.
Locations - Local Same Day Flower Delivery
Florboxoxo provides same day delivery for professional and residential addresses throughout the Denver Metro Area of Colorado, USA. Deliveries outside of the Denver Metro Area receive Overnight Shipping for tentative next day delivery. Order by 12pm (MST) for same day delivery for locations within the Denver Metro Area. For overnight delivery for other locations such as mountain town regions and/or locations outside of the Denver Metro Area, please review our Shipping Policy for details.
At this time, Florboxoxo does not provide local/same day delivery for monthly subscriptions, weddings, events, and to delivery addresses located at P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, and/or outside of the Denver Metro Area (25 Mile Radius from Denver, CO 80206). For monthly subscription shipping, please review our Subscription Policy for details. Schedule - Local Same Day Flower Delivery
With the exclusion of certain holidays, weather conditions and travel safety, we guarantee same day delivery for all online orders received before 12pm MST. Orders received after 12pm MST are guaranteed for delivery the next day. Local / Same Day Delivery excludes the following holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
In the event of prohibiting weather conditions and travel safety, Florboxoxo will reschedule your flower order for next day delivery with no additional cost to the client(s). There are no refunds for rescheduled deliveries due to prohibiting weather conditions and travel safety.
Delivery timeframes for locations vary: business/corporate locations: 9am-6pm MST, residential/hotel locations 9am-6pm MST, hospital/health institution locations: 9am-6pm MST, high school/college campus locations: 9am-6pm MST. All delivery timeframes for holidays are extended: 7am-7pm MST. Holidays include: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Winter Holiday Season.
Cancellations - Local Same Day Flower Delivery
Local/same day flower orders are freshly made to order and therefore online orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Because flowers are perishable products, delivery cancellations cannot be refunded nor returned upon flower delivery processing.
To cancel an order and receive an immediate full refund, within ten (10) minutes post online purchase, please immediately contact us via phone (303.999.8881). Any online order cancellations requested after the ten (10) minute grace period of an online purchase cannot be refunded due to flower arrangement processing. Recipient Refusals - Delivery
Because flowers are perishable products, in the event of a flower delivery refusal by the recipient and/or client, there are no refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
Incorrect Addresses - Delivery
In the event of an incorrect delivery address due to client error, a $75 address correction and restocking fee will be billed pre-processing in addition to a re-delivery fee of $20, totaling to a required $95 fee for re-delivery. With incorrect addresses and/or customer due to client error, a new purchase of flowers will be billed before processing a re-delivery.
Because flowers are perishable products, there are no refunds for incorrect addresses. Florboxoxo prioritizes our client experience with timely flower deliveries and organized operation routes for optimal travel safety for our delivery personnel and therefore Florboxoxo is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Non-Available Recipients - Local Same Day Flower Delivery
In the event of a recipient not being available at the time of delivery, noted and addressed flower deliveries will be left at the door, porch and/or front desk in the event of no one being available to receive the delivery. Because flowers are perishable products, there are no refunds for non-available recipients. For re-delivery, please purchase a new order. Florboxoxo prioritizes our client experience with timely flower deliveries and organized operation routes for optimal travel safety for our delivery personnel and therefore Florboxoxo cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to delivery drop off for non-available recipients.
