Sunrise Amphitheater Inspired Wedding Flower Decor Essentials
It's no secret, Boulder is renowned for its stunning sunrises and spectacular sunsets! To honor our couple's historic wedding venue, Sunrise Amphitheater Boulder, the design concept for this floral design became Boulder's incomparable sunrise. The King protea, with its' petals shaped similar to a ray of sun in combination to the layered color tones is a soft reminder of the sunrise. Supporting elemental flowers of color tones of auburn, yellow, and maroon, were wonderfully paired with greenery representing the plush green mountain town of Boulder. This bright bold yet organic led floral design was perfect for a Boulder wedding!

Rustic Wedding Dress and Fashion
The bridal ring consisted of a vintage styled platinum diamond ring with a titanium band to match for the groom. The groom wore a charcoal gray three-piece suit with a navy tie from Men's Wearhouse. The bride fashioned a thinly strapped intricately woven laced wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline from the trendy online boutique, Lulus Bridal. With her hair gracefully pulled back into a braid softly twisted gently into a low bun, the bridal hairstyle of loose wavy curls framed the bride’s beautiful natural toned make up. The maid of honor wore an elegant dusty blue bridesmaid dress. The flower girls floated down the aisle in unison with light and airy tulle skirts of fairytale inspired pastel colors consisting of earl grey, lemonade pink, and honest sage. The wedding day style was vibrant with personality yet refined with rustic grace.
Boulder Wedding Venue Location
This Stonehenge inspired amphitheater was built in 1933, nearly a century ago on Flagstaff Mountain, located in Boulder, Colorado. Whether a guest is seated on a stoned bench or whether a hostess is upholding a role in the spotlight on the rounded step stoned stage, spanning 16 feet wide, with the river rock and pink toned stacked flagstone, a semi-circle was carved out to create an Romanesque coliseum experience. Comfortably seating up to 150 people, this outdoor mountain auditorium overlooking Boulder is optimal for community plays or celebratory events. Surrounded by friends and family, with a string quartet playing melodies of happily ever after, the newly wedded couple embraced for a romantic first dance after their majestic mountain views ceremony. For the reception, the festivities continued at a beautiful mountain home rental in Boulder courtesy of Airbnb. With breathtaking mountain views and the convenient location nestled in the popular college town of Boulder, Sunrise Circle Amphitheater is a perfect location for a rustic mountain wedding! -OXO
