REFUND POLICY

 

Here at Flor Box OXO, we prioritize client experience. Returns are only accepted under the following guidelines: Manufacturer Defect, and/or Manufacturer Customization Error. 

 

Refund Requirements

To receive a refund, all refund requests must be submitted via email (hello@florboxoxo.com | subject: Refund) within twenty-four (24) hours of product delivery. All refund requests must include documentation: receipt of purchase, shipping, ordering records, and photos of returned item(s).  In the event, a damaged item is returned, alternative options are available:


1.) Return the item(s) at no additional charge to Flor Box OXO
2.) Refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s) to Client
3.) Offer store credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item(s) to Client

To ensure that all return shipments avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses, please re-use original packing materials if possible.  Also, please return the item(s) using a trackable method as well. Flor Box OXO is not responsible for pieces that are returned as damaged due to shipping. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Business Days

Monday-Friday (Rush, Expedited, and Priority) Tuesday-Saturday (Standard). Shipping business days exclude Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

 

Shipping Delays

Flor Box OXO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events (example: weather conditions, mail carrier rescheduling, or incorrect shipping address provided by customer).

 

Shipping International + P.O. Boxes

Flor Box OXO is unable to ship internationally at this time. As an alternative option, international customers can purchase from an international address and ship to a United States destination. We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address. 

 

Shipping + Packaging

Handling varies based upon product

1.) Stationery and Cards - Shipped in an envelope mailer and/or packaged in a cardboard box.

2.) Packing Slips and Invoices - Packages include a packing slip but do not include an invoice. No pricing information will be included in your package.

3.) Flower Boxes - Shipped and/or packaged in a cardboard box.

 

Shipping Process

Post product production customers will receive a shipment tracking notification via email once the order has been shipped. Product production varies with each product order. Upon delivery a signature may be required for custom orders. Please take this into consideration when shipping to a residential address. 

 

PRODUCT POLICY

  

Production Display vs. Actual Product

Digital displays of product varies based upon computer monitors and mobile screens. Please use the online sample only as an estimate of the design and color, including, but not limited to text, font, and positioning of the imprint and/or photo image. Customers who may need assistance regarding a particular color and flower, please contact us prior to placing an order. Virtual previews are not a final proof as the manufacturer may make final positioning and sizing adjustments unless otherwise stated.

 

Product Proofs

Product proofing and/or floral arrangement mock ups are not available at this time for retail florals, monthly subscriptions, and A La Carte OXO Weddings + Events. However, floral arrangement mock ups are available for Full Service OXO Weddings + Events. Additional costs will incur. The cost of product proofing equates to a single (1) order of the product. To request a product proof, please communicate a request in the special instructions/notes portion of the order form. Product proofs may take 1-3 days and will affect overall production time.

 

Product Cancellation

After viewing a product proof, in the event of a product cancellation, there may require a cancellation fee. In addition, the proof fee will not be refunded. The cancellation fee is determined based on the item ordered and can be quoted by request. 

 

PAYMENT METHOD POLICY

Payment plans (otherwise referred to as pricing plans) are available for qualifying clients. Please consult with a Flor Box OXO professional for details. Flor Box OXO accepts e-payments via PayPal, Square, Honeybook, and/or all of the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Flor Box OXO (hello@florboxoxo.com). This gift card may be redeemable at florboxoxo.com for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Treat the card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. This card is property of the issuer.
