Refund Qualifications

Here at Florboxoxo, we prioritize client experience. Because flowers are perishable products with sensitive expiration dates, our flower returns or exchanges have limitations and must uphold to our policy qualifications. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following guidelines: Manufacturer Product Packaging Defect, Florboxoxo Delivery Address Error, Personalized Message Error, or Color Design Customization Error.

Color Design Customization Error only applies to opposite colors. (e.g. if a client orders red flowers, but receives yellow flowers instead. This example represents a Color Design Customization Error.) Please note, similar color tones within the same color spectrum (i.e. dark pink flowers versus light pink flowers) or similar flower shapes (i.e. circle flower shapes versus star flower shapes) or similar flower varieties do not qualify as Design Customization Errors.

 

Although it is our priority to provide requested flower varieties and colors, due to the nature of availability for seasonal flowers and the post COVID-19 global pandemic socio-economic effects of the flower industry supply chain, specific flower and color requests must be requested at a minimum of eight (8) weeks in advance of scheduled delivery. Additional flower sourcing fees may apply. If a flower and/or color is not available, Florboxoxo team will provide alternative florals similar to the photo example. Please review our Product Policy for details.

Because flowers are perishable products and flowers are made to order, to cancel an order before the flower arrangement has been made and to receive an immediate full refund, within ten (10) minutes post online purchase, please immediately contact us via phone (303.999.8881). Any online order cancellations requested after the ten (10) minute grace period of an online purchase cannot be refunded due to flower arrangement processing and internal operations.

No Refunds or Exchanges

The following products, services, and/or causes are subject to non-refundable and non-exchangeable products and services: expired flowers, all baked goods, incorrect addresses by the fault of the customer, delivery refusals by third party and/or client recipients, non-available recipient deliveries, re-scheduled deliveries due to weather conditions or valid concerns for travel safety, product damages by customer and/or delivery recipient, and product damages or in-transit delays caused by third party shipping mail carriers are not the responsibility of Florboxoxo, therefore are not qualified for refunds or exchanges.

Refund

Requirements

To receive a qualified refund, all qualified refund requests must be submitted via email (support@florboxoxo.com | Subject: Refund) within twenty-four (24) hours of product delivery. Because flowers are perishable products with a sensitive expiration date, all qualified refunds requested after twenty-four (24) hours of product delivery will not be refunded nor exchanged.

 

All refund requests must include customer verification: receipt of purchase, shipping tracking number, item order number, and proof photos of returned flower item(s).  No refunds will be provided without proof photos of Florboxoxo delivery address errors, personalized message errors, color design customization errors and/or manufacturer product packaging defect. In the event, a qualified refund item is returned, alternative options are available:

Refund Options

1.) Return the item(s) at no additional charge to Florboxoxo
2.) Refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s) to Client
3.) Offer store credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item(s) to Client

Refund Shipments

To ensure that all return shipments avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses by third-party mail carriers, please re-use original packing materials if possible.  Also, please return the item(s) using a trackable method as well. Florboxoxo is not responsible for products returned as damaged or lost due to shipping by third party mail carriers.

 

Shipping Timeframes & Costs

For deliveries located outside of the Denver Metro Area (25 Mile Radius from Denver, CO 80206) overnight shipping is available for additional costs. Shipping costs may vary based on the size and weight of the flower order(s) and your delivery location within the United States. Because flowers are perishable products, Florboxoxo does not authorize Standard Shipping methods for delivery. Florboxoxo ships out flower deliveries for tentative Next Day arrivals for online orders placed by 12pm MST Monday - Friday, (Overnight, Rush, Expedited, or Priority Shipping). Shipping business days exclude: Sundays, Saturdays, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of the flower order. Florboxoxo will use reasonable efforts to fulfill all orders for a tentative Next Day arrival for online orders placed by 12pm MST Monday - Friday. Please note, Florboxoxo ships only on business days and does not ship out on holidays or weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to recipient delivery location, third party methods of delivery, weather conditions, travel safety, and the quantity of items ordered.

At this time, Florboxoxo does not provide Local/Same Day Delivery for deliveries located outside of the Denver Metro Area (25 Mile Radius from Denver, CO 80206) monthly subscriptions, weddings and/or events. For Local/Same Day Delivery, please review our Local/Same Day Delivery Policy for details. In the event of exchanging or returning a shipment, to ensure that all returned shipments avoid any possible damaged in-transit losses caused by packaging errors caused by client and/or shipping errors caused by third party mail carriers, please re-use original packaging materials if possible.  A trackable method issued from third party mail carriers are required for all shipping returns. Florboxoxo is not responsible for products that are lost due to untraceable packages or returned as damaged products caused by in-transit shipping.

Shipping and delivery damages caused by third party mail carriers, incorrect addresses by the fault of the customer, and flower refusals from client and/or third party recipient deliveries are not the responsibility of Florboxoxo, therefore are not qualified for refunds or exchanges. Shipping Delays

Florboxoxo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g. weather conditions, travel safety, third party mail carrier rescheduling or shipment handling, influx of high demand orders due to holiday season(s), or incorrect shipping address provided by customer).

Shipping Locations

Florboxoxo presently ships out our products within the United States only. This is subject to change as we expand our services into new markets. As an alternative option, international customers can purchase from an international address and ship to a United States address. We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipping Packages

Handling varies based on product. Shipping packages include:

1.) Stationery - Packages include an envelope mailer

2.) Packing Slips - Packages include delivery details - excluding invoices

3.) Flower Products - Packaged in a cardboard box with shipment padding

4.) Baked Goods - (Optional) Packaged in original sealed packaging

Shipping Process

Post product production, customers will receive a shipment tracking notification via email once the order has been shipped. Product production varies with each product order. Upon delivery a signature may be required for custom orders. Production Display vs. Actual Product

Digital displays of product varies based upon computer monitors and mobile screens. Please use the online sample only as an estimate of the design and color, including, but not limited to text, font, and positioning of the imprint and/or photo image. Customers who may need assistance regarding a particular color and flower, please Contact Us before placing an order.

 

Virtual previews are not a final proof as Florboxoxo has total authorization to make final flower design styles, positioning and sizing adjustments whereby necessary with priority of flower availability.

Product Proofs

Product proofing and/or floral arrangement mock ups are not available at this time for online flower deliveries, monthly subscriptions, rush orders for weddings and events. However, floral arrangement mock ups are available for full service weddings, elopements, and events. Additional costs will incur. The cost of product proofing equates to a single (1) order of the product.

 

To request a product proof, please communicate a request within the special instructions/notes portion of the order form and/or send us an email (hello@florboxoxo.com | Subject: Product Proof) . Finalizations for product proofs are up to one-three (1-3) business days and will affect overall design production time.

Product

Cancellation

After viewing a product proof, in the event of a product cancellation, a cancellation fee is required. In addition, the product proof fee will not be refunded. The cancellation fee is $50 plus twenty-five percent (25%) of the total cost of the product proof.

Florboxoxo prioritizes client experience, and therefore partnered suppliers are carefully selected in association with our brand standards for quality assurance. Flower varieties are subject to change based on seasonal availability with our local and international suppliers.

Payment

Methods

All product and service pricing excludes sales tax, and therefore sales tax is an additional charge; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and charged at the most current sales tax rate. Florboxoxo will charge tax only in states where goods sold online are taxable. Sales taxes may vary with each payment according to your tax location.

 

Payment plans (otherwise referred to as pricing plans) are available for qualifying clients. Please consult with a Florboxoxo professional for details. Florboxoxo accepts e-payments via third party payment processors such as PayPal, Square, Honeybook, Stripe, and/or all of the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Please do not provide payment information over the phone or via email. Florboxoxo accepts e-payments via third party payment processors such as: PayPal, Square, Honeybook, Stripe. Florboxoxo is not responsible for receiving or updating your payment method via phone or email.

Gift Card Terms

Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards may be redeemable at florboxoxo.com for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Treat the card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. This card is property of the issuer.

By purchasing this gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are applicable to your gift card, (also referred to as: "Gift Card(s)" of "eGift Card(s)"):

1. No Fees: We do not charge any activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees in connection with your Gift Card.

2. Delivery and Ownership: Gift Cards are digital and emailed directly to recipients and usually arrive within hours after ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect digital gift card delivery due to an entry of an incorrect email address. Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as Florboxoxo receives payment confirmation from the customer.

3. Risk of Loss, Non-refundable, Not for Resale: Gift Cards cannot be purchased with any discount codes and/or sales promotions, refunded, resold, or redeemed for cash or credit (except where required by law). If your Gift Card information is lost or stolen, anyone who obtains possession of it may use your Gift Card. You are responsible for all transactions on your Gift Card, including unauthorized transactions. Treat this Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Florboxoxo is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift Cards will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.

4. Fraud: Florboxoxo reserves the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that Florboxoxo may have reason to suspect or believe the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently. Upon reason to suspect fraud, Florboxoxo may use retained Gift Card balances to help offset our liability to card companies, networks and issuers of lost or stolen credit and debit cards used to purchase or load Gift Cards.

5. Agreement with Terms; Right to Modify Terms: Upon purchase, use, or acceptance of a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time. Florboxoxo reserves the right, without notice, to void Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is purchased, obtained, used, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. For questions regarding our eGift Cards and/or Gift Cards, please contact us via email. Local/Same Day Delivery

Local/ same day delivery is available for online flower deliveries located within the Denver Metro (25 mile radius of Denver CO 80026.) Monthly Subscriptions

Shipping is available for monthly subscriptions. Local/ same day delivery is not available for monthly subscriptions. There are no refund limitations for monthly subscriptions, please review our Subscription Policy​ for details.
