Our Team Commitment to Successful Floral Design
Florboxoxo is always accepting new team member applications. In reference to our flower team expectations, qualifications is as follows: floral designers who have the ability to convey ideas to clients, colleagues and vendors; explain and lead complex designs for our clients' special occasions or events.
Coordinating with venue coordinators, photographers, videographers, caterers, and other event vendors to ensure our client event details are executed properly are the expectations of our flower team. Leading our flower team to execute detailed timelines with tight deadlines for each event component such as event flower transportation, delivery, set up, and breakdown is essential for a successful floral design project.
